Three to eight Embodied Energy Charts read as one group. Where a Connection Reading asks what happens between two people, this asks a structural question about a whole team: what do you cover between you, and what does nobody here cover at all? The findings that matter are the absences and the dependencies. A centre nobody in the group holds is the team's blind spot — there is no fixed ground there, so the group takes its cue from whoever is loudest, the client, or the deadline. A centre exactly one person holds makes them the group's single point of dependence for it, usually without anyone having noticed and often felt by that person as a load they cannot name. And some complete circuits appear only when two particular people are in the room together. You will also see the group's overall shape: which energy types are present, how it leans between novelty, looking after each other, and working things out to share. This is a lens for a team to talk about how it works, tested against their own experience — never an assessment of anybody, never a ranking, and never a basis for a decision about a person. It contains no hiring, firing or performance guidance of any kind, by design.
